Job summary

Knauf Australia is seeking a Customer Service Operator - Driver to join the warehousing team at the Horsley Park site. The role covers deliveries, trade store operations, customer service, and general warehouse duties.

The position requires a MR licence and forklift licence (or willingness to obtain), plus full Australian working rights. Pre-employment medical and police checks are part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting goods to designated locations.

• Perform general warehouse duties and housekeeping.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Operator - Driver, you will have the responsibility for working across all aspects of a warehousing environment including undertaking deliveries via truck, trade store operations, customer service, warehousing and general duties

Some tasks as part of this role include:

• Safely transporting goods to designated locations
• Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork
• Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
• General warehouse duties & house keeping
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries
