Job summary

Knauf Australia is seeking a Customer Service Truck Operator to handle delivery and hand unload of plasterboard and related materials from Geebung. You will work across warehousing, trade store operations, and customer service, with a focus on safe delivery and accurate records.

Role requires forklift licence, valid police check, and physical fitness for manual handling. Mon-Fri 6am-3pm with potential overtime; $36 per hour + super + allowances.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely transport goods to designated locations.

• Update delivery stages in Knauf delivery app RADARO.
• Maintain operational equipment and report faults to management.
• General warehouse duties & housekeeping.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Truck Operator (hand unload), you will have the responsibility for working across all aspects of a warehousing environment including undertaking deliveries via truck, trade store operations, customer service, warehousing and general duties.

Some tasks as part of this role include:

• Safely transporting goods to designated locations
• Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage and injury
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork
• Ensure stages of delivery are updated in Knauf delivery app RADARO
• Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
• General warehouse duties & house keeping
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries

About You

• Full and Unrestricted Australian working rights – We do not offer visa sponsorship of any kind (including offers of employment)
• Valid Police Check
• Valid forklift licence
• Prior experience within a warehousing environment is highly desirable
• Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Successful completion of pre-employment medical
