Job summary

Knauf Australia is seeking a Customer Service Operator - Driver at their Horsley Park site. You will perform warehouse duties, deliveries, and customer-focused service, supporting operations across the warehousing environment.

Candidates must hold MR licence, forklift licence (or willingness to obtain), and pass pre-employment checks. This role is based at Horsley Park, with full-time hours Mon-Fri 6am-3pm.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Operator - Driver, you will have the responsibility for working across all aspects of a warehousing environment including undertaking deliveries via truck, trade store operations, customer service, warehousing and general duties

Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include

• Safely transporting goods to designated locations
• Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork
• Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
• General warehouse duties & house keeping
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries
