Job summary

Knauf Australia is seeking a Delivery Offsider to unload plasterboard and related materials at building sites and customer locations. You will join a team with the driver, performing loading and unloading each day.

Location is Woodville North; hours are Mon-Fri 6am-3pm. Applicants should have Australian working rights, police check, and be physically fit for heavy manual handling. MR/Forklift licences are advantageous but not essential.

• Experience in logistics/warehousing preferred.
• Must be located near Woodville North.
• Physically capable of heavy manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload plasterboard and related materials at building sites and customer locations.
• Load/unload items and ensure proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain delivery records and complete paperwork.
• Operate and maintain equipment; report faults.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries.

About The Role

As a Delivery Offsider, you will have the responsibility for manual unloading of plasterboard & associated materials to building sites, and customer locations. You will be working as part of a team with the driver

Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include

• Safely transporting goods to designated locations
• Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork
• Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries
