Job summary

Knauf Australia is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join the Trade Store team in Woodville North. You will support daily distribution activities, pick/pack orders, check and prepare shipments, and assist with stock control and paperwork.

You must hold a valid forklift licence, pass pre-employment checks, and be physically fit for manual handling. The role runs Mon-Fri with day shifts and onsite parking.

• Experience in distribution & logistics is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Picking & packing orders daily.
• Regularly check and assemble orders.
• Receipt of goods and paperwork with due diligence.
• Loading/unloading customer vehicles.
• Maintain operational equipment and report faults.
• Assist with stock takes to ensure accurate inventory.

Position Overview

Located in Woodville North, you will join a team of dedicated warehouse operators where you will be responsible for distribution activities through the daily operations of the trade store.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for distribution activities through the daily operations of the Woodville North trade store.

Some tasks as part of this role include:

• Picking & Packing orders on a daily basis

• Regularly check & make up orders

• Receipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence

• Loading/unloading customer vehicles

• Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management

• Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained

About You

• Full and Unrestricted Australian working rights – We do not offer visa sponsorship of any kind (including offers of employment)

• Valid Police Check

• Valid forklift licence

• Prior experience within the Distribution & logistics Industry is highly desirable

• Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
