Knauf Australia in Horsley Park is seeking a Customer Service Operator to join our Fulfilment Center team. You will handle front-line customer service, order processing, data entry, and basic warehouse duties including loading/unloading and forklift operation when required.

Reporting to the Trade Store Manager, you will interact with customers face-to-face, by phone and email, ensure accurate orders, manage documentation, and support stocktakes.

• Strong administration experience.
• Data entry and email management.
• Be physically fit and able to perform manual handling.
• Experience using Microsoft Office is essential.

Position Overview

Located in Horsley Park, you will join a team of warehouse operators, where you will perform a key frontline role that supports both customer service and operational efficiency within the Fulfilment Center. This position is responsible for providing a high level of service to customers while ensuring accurate order processing compliance including forklift operation – loading and unloading trucks.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Operator, you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for undertaking all administration tasks and direct customer service both over the phone, via E-mail and face to face.

Some tasks as part of this role include:

• Serving customers face-to-face, via email and over the phone

• Administration duties including data entry and email management

• Picking & packing customer orders

• Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Store Manager via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures

• Assist with stocktake/inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained

• General warehouse duties and housekeeping when required

About You

• Full and Unrestricted Australian working rights – We do not offer visa sponsorship of any kind (including offers of employment)

• Valid Police Check

• Strong administration experience

• Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Successful completion of pre-employment medical

• Experience using Microsoft office is essential
  

Skills Experience

• Prior experience within the Distribution & logistics Industry is highly desirable

• Experience using SAP

• Valid forklift licence is highly desirable (or willingness to obtain)
