Qualifications

• Experience as Travel Consultant in retail or wholesale travel.
• Proven sales record and excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good time management and organisational abilities.
• Willing to work a 7-day rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries and leads from clients.
• Book international travel products and itineraries.
• Assist via phone, email and chat.
