Job summary

AA Appointments in Melbourne is seeking a Retail Travel Consultant to join a growing global travel company. This office-based role focuses on servicing clients via phone, email and chat, handling bookings and delivering expert travel solutions.

You will assist with bookings, manage amendments and cancellations, and deliver outstanding service while building lasting client relationships. Flexibility to work a 7 day rotating roster is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Travel Consultant within a retail or wholesale travel environment.
• Proven track record in sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle a range of incoming enquiries and leads from clients via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with booking a wide range of international travel products and itineraries.
• Make new bookings and manage amendments, changes and cancellations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships.
