Job summary

AA Appointments in Melbourne is seeking a Retail Travel Consultant to join a growing global travel company. This office-based role focuses on servicing clients via phone, email and chat, handling bookings and delivering expert travel solutions.

You will assist with bookings, manage amendments and cancellations, and deliver outstanding service while building lasting client relationships. Flexibility to work a 7 day rotating roster is required.

THE ROLE

As a Travel Sales Consultant, you'll handle a range of incoming enquiries and leads from clients.

You'll assist with booking a wide range of international travel products and itineraries.

Your day will include:

• Assisting clients via phone, email and chat functions
• Making new bookings and managing booking amendments, changes and cancellations.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships
• Providing expert product knowledge and sales support to help clients find the best travel solutions.

THE MUST HAVES

To be successful, you'll have:

• Previous experience as a Travel Consultant within a retail or wholesale travel environment.
• A proven track record in sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
