Ignite Travel Group is seeking a Digital Performance Lead in Broadbeach, QLD to drive the strategy, execution and optimisation of our multi-brand digital campaigns. You will own end-to-end campaigns, report on performance, and collaborate with a team to maximise enquiry targets and ROI across Google, Meta, and email channels.

The role requires strong analytics, 5+ years in managing Facebook and Google campaigns, and a strategic, data-driven mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years managing both Facebook and Google campaigns.
• Strong analytics and optimisation experience.
• Comfortable with reading and reporting on large volumes of data.
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing/communications will be highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
