Job summary

Onside As is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist based in Brisbane to develop and execute high‑performing digital marketing campaigns. You will drive traffic, leads and sales across paid and owned channels while supporting the bank's retail products with data‑driven insights.

You will plan, optimise and report on Campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms, identifying opportunities to maximise ROI and conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, media or advertising campaign management.
• Hands‑on management across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across search, social, display and affiliates.
• Analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Test landing pages, ad creatives, targeting and bidding strategies to improve effectiveness.
• Manage campaign budgets and targets with clear stakeholder communication.
