Job summary

Converge International is seeking trauma management specialists to provide rapid response services and psychological first aid to diverse clients across Australia. The role involves assessment, planning and referral pathways, with potential delivery of EAP and training services.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in trauma management and robust skills in counselling, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration, with willingness to work across home and office settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing psychosocial interventions, support and counselling.
• Minimum 3 years trauma management and/or relevant consultancy services.
• Ability to assess workplace issues, identify intervention programs and provide solution-focused advice.
• Willingness to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and report writing skills.
• Experience delivering People Assist services (EAP, RRS).
• Strong negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide Rapid Response Services (including critical incidents, planned support, rapid connect and disaster response).
• Deliver EAP, Training and Consulting Services as needed.
• Assess workplace issues and propose intervention programs to achieve outcomes.
• Inform organisations of themes, recommendations and process improvements.
