Job summary

Converge International is seeking committed trauma management specialists to join our national trauma response team in prime CBD locations. The role combines triage, assessment and on-site response work for government and corporate clients, with a focus on Psychological First Aid and rapid connect services.

We welcome registered Psychologists and Social Workers to contribute to crisis counselling, general debriefing and trauma support across ACT & VIC, in a flexible and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in psychosocial interventions, support and counselling.
• Minimum 3 years in trauma management or related consultancy.
• Ability to assess workplace issues and advise on interventions.
• Willingness to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and reporting skills.
• Experience delivering EAP and RRS services.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response services including triage, assessment and on-site support.
• Deliver Psychological First Aid and trauma-focused interventions.
• Prepare themes, recommendations and process improvements for clients.
