Job summary

Converge International is seeking committed trauma management specialists to support a diverse range of clients with a combination of assessment and onsite/phone-based response work. Roles include critical incident response and potential delivery of Employee Counselling and Training Services.

The position requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Behavioral Sciences degree, and registration with the appropriate professional body. A current driver’s license and own vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years trauma management or consultancy experience.
• Ability to assess workplace issues and design intervention programs.
• Training in Psychological First Aid and registration with a professional body.

Responsibilities

• Provide Critical Incident Response Services using Psychological First Aid and stepped care.
• Inform organisations of themes, recommendations and internal process improvements.
• Deliver Employee Counselling, Training and Consulting Services.
• Work onsite or via phone-based responses as required.
