Converge International Australian operations seek trauma management specialists to support client organisations with critical incident response, on-site or phone-based counselling, and related services. You will apply Psychological First Aid and trauma-focused interventions to assist individuals and teams, with travel to client sites and flexible scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing psychosocial interventions, support and counselling.
• Minimum 2 years trauma management or relevant consultancy.
• Assess workplace issues and provide solution-focused advice to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for trauma response work.
• Experience delivering People Assist services (EAP, RRS).
• High level negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
• Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Provide critical incident and crisis counselling support to client organisations.
• Deliver Psychological First Aid and trauma-focused interventions to individuals and groups.
• Inform organisations of themes and recommendations from incidents, and suggest process improvements.
• Deliver training and consulting services where required.
