Job summary

Converge International seeks registered Psychologists or Social Workers to join our Greater Sydney trauma response team. You will provide rapid incident support and trauma counselling, including one‑on‑one and group sessions, using Psychological First Aid and other trauma approaches.

Flexibility to work from home or office, with part‑time or full‑time opportunities. Join a national team delivering critical incident support to major client organisations and government agencies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years trauma management experience or relevant consultancy services.
• Registration with the appropriate professional body is required.
• Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Rapid Response Services including critical incidents and disaster response.
• Deliver one‑on‑one trauma support and group sessions using PFA and trauma interventions.
• Assess workplace issues and recommend intervention programs and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to inform organisational processes.
