Job summary

Impact Care Solutions is recruiting Therapeutic Care / Youth Workers for residential OOHC programs in New South Wales. Roles include full-time, part-time, and casual positions offering flexible rostering and trauma-informed, strengths-based support to young people with complex needs.

You will work within a therapeutic care team, building safe relationships and fostering life skills while adhering to safety and documentation requirements. A commitment to CALD and diverse backgrounds is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering trauma-informed, strengths-based care to young people in OOHC.
• Ability to work within a therapeutic care team and follow policies.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, documentation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build safe, consistent, and trusting relationships with young people in OOHC.
• Support daily routines, community access and life skills development.
• Apply positive behaviour support and de-escalation strategies during distress.
• Collaborate within a therapeutic care team across shifts and duties.
• Participate in rotating shifts including days, supports, awakes, weekends and sleepovers.
