Job summary

Bankstown Women’s Health Centre is seeking an Intake Assessment & Referral Officer to manage frontline reception at the Cabramatta site. You will greet clients, respond to inquiries, and provide trauma-informed information, intake and referrals with a warm, inclusive approach.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, coordinate appointments, and maintain electronic records in WHNSW databases, while delivering professional, confidential support to women from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, client-focused environment.
• Strong administrative, organisational and MS Office skills.
• Fluency in Vietnamese preferred.
• Ability to communicate compassionately with diverse women from varied backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, safe front-of-house reception and triage for inquiries.
• Coordinate appointments, group bookings and practitioner schedules using Outlook.
• Maintain accurate electronic records in WHNSW databases.
• Support staff with basic IT and data management tasks as needed.
• Uphold confidentiality and trauma-informed practice.
