Life Without Barriers Education Limited in Crestmead, QLD, seeks a Teacher to deliver inclusive, engaging learning for disengaged students. Working with Youth Workers and families, you will foster a trauma-informed, culturally responsive classroom where wellbeing and success are central to the learning journey.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Education and current teacher registration.
• Experience designing flexible learning for disengaged students.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging learning programs and personalised learning plans.
• Create an inclusive, culturally responsive environment that supports wellbeing and engagement.
• Apply trauma-informed practices to support behaviour and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with students and families to aid transitions.
• Collaborate with teams and external agencies to provide coordinated support.
• Maintain records and contribute to a safe, compliant learning environment.
