Job summary

The Benevolent Society is seeking a dedicated Case Worker to support women and families experiencing domestic and sexual violence from Dharawal Country, Campbelltown. You will deliver flexible, client-centered case management using trauma-informed approaches to help clients heal and regain stability.

In this role, you will assess needs, coordinate services, and collaborate with government and community partners to ensure timely support and safe outcomes for women and children.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in social work, community services or similar.
• 3–4+ years of case management experience in a complex support environment.
• Experience supporting women affected by trauma, domestic violence or related challenges.
• Ability to assess crisis needs and identify referral pathways.
• Knowledge of child protection frameworks and mandatory reporting.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Current Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop tailored support plans.
• Coordinate brokerage to arrange timely, appropriate services for clients.
• Engage clients using trauma-informed assessment frameworks.
• Share client plans with clients and partner agencies as appropriate.
• Collaborate with government departments and community agencies.
• Work with stakeholders to support positive client outcomes.
