Job summary

Be Recruitment, on behalf of a well-established not-for-profit, is seeking a Specialist Case Worker – DFSV to support young women aged 16–25 affected by domestic, family and sexual violence. • Experience in DFSV services and direct engagement with young people.
• Proficiency in risk assessment and safety planning in DFSV contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist DFSV case management, risk assessments and safety planning.
• Support and advocate for young people experiencing complex circumstances.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with relevant community services.
• Provide specialist advice, coaching and mentoring to colleagues.
• Contribute to training and workforce capability development.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation.
