Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a permanent Case Work Support Officer based in the Great Southern to support children and young people in Out-of-Home Care.

You will provide high-quality administrative and operational support, coordinating meetings and ensuring compliant, therapeutically informed practice, working closely with the General Manager, Operations Managers, Therapeutic Specialists, and Case Workers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work (or currently working towards).
• Strong administrative, organisational, and compliance capabilities.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices.
• Proven ability to manage documentation and coordinate competing priorities.
• Current driver's licence and probity clearances.
• Empathy, resilience, and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Operations Managers, Therapeutic Specialists, and Case Workers across our services.
• Coordinate internal meetings, including case plan, cultural plan, care team, and cohort meetings, ensuring all documentation is prepared and recorded accurately.
• Maintain accurate client records and track client movement within agency systems to support real-time data integrity.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on case work documentation to ensure compliance with relevant state-based legislation, standards, and organisational requirements.
• Undertake regular audits of client files to support regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Contribute to the delivery of safe, culturally respectful, and trauma-informed practices that support positive outcomes for children and young people.
