UnitingCare Queensland FaDS is seeking an Administration Officer to support the Domestic and Family Violence Counselling Service across the Port Douglas–Daintree region. You will handle reception, appointments, records, and basic financial tasks in a trauma-informed, confidential manner.

This permanent part-time role offers flexible work arrangements, value-driven not-for-profit environment, and opportunities to contribute to child and family wellbeing across Mossman and Port Douglas.

Formación

• Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent, with at least two years supporting management.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and database experience.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and written communication.
• Current Queensland Driver’s license and ability to travel; Blue Card.

Responsabilidades

• Provide respectful, trauma-aware reception and referral intake administration.
• Coordinate appointments, travel and outreach while respecting privacy.
• Maintain secure records and prepare correspondence, minutes and reports.
• Process accounts, purchasing and reconciliations, and maintain financial records.
• Coordinate supplies, facilities and equipment, and support service improvements.
