DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Transport Systems Analyst to support our transport systems and act as the first point of contact for stakeholders. You will provide 2nd level IT user support, analyze data, and contribute to system improvements.

You will also onboard new customers and engage in ad hoc projects to drive efficiency. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, system knowledge, and effective communication, with flexible working arrangements and a focus on growth within a leading

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Transport or Statistics.
• Experience with transport systems and related support.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Help Desk or support experience.
• Systems, network and database setup knowledge.
• Background in systems administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear written and verbal communication with influencing ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level IT user support for transport systems and portals.
• Deliver critical support to meet customer SLA expectations.
• Analyze and report on systems and procedures.
• Identify improvements and plan systemic efficiencies.
• Set up systems and onboard new customers.
