Job summary

Next Logistics seeks an analytical ICT Business Analyst to bridge logistics needs with IT capabilities. You will evaluate operations, gather software requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations to optimise WMS, ERP, and integrated logistics software.

You'll collaborate with warehouse, client services, and leadership teams to align project milestones with business development while modelling data for automated reporting and system testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or operational logistics analysis.
• Strong background in data interpretation, trend analysis, and creating complex SLA reports.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications.
• Develop and interpret high-end performance reports and SLAs.
• Map 'as-is' and 'to-be' logistics workflows to streamline 3PL operations.
• Support system integrations and onboard new clients.
