Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Transport Systems Lead to guide a small team and provide critical technical support to the transport division. You will ensure uptime of scanners, TMS and web systems, drive innovation, and implement new transport solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong transport knowledge, analytics ability, and experience with systems administration and vendor management in a logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Prefer tertiary qualification in Business/Transport/Statistics.
• Solid transport system skills and experience.
• Strong transport/operational/warehouse knowledge.
• Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Experience with systems, network and database setups.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small dedicated Transport Management team.
• Provide timely day-to-day technical services to the Transport division.
• Ensure scanners, TMS and Web systems are operational and high uptime.
• Drive transport systems and innovation within the division.
• Implement new transport systems and assess alignment with needs.
• Regularly review transport systems to meet business requirements.
• Interact with stakeholders and deliver high-quality service and support.
• Manage vendor relationships.
