TRS Resourcing is partnering with a growing transport and logistics operator in Truganina, Melbourne to recruit a Transport Scheduler. You will plan daily transport runs, optimise routes, and coordinate with drivers, dispatch, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution.

You will manage vehicle and resource allocation, balance utilisation and costs, liaise with customers on expectations, and prepare daily/weekly performance reports focusing on on-time delivery and key metrics.

Formación

• Previous experience in transport scheduling, dispatch, or fleet coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think fast under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficiency with route planning tools, scheduling software or spreadsheets.
• Ability to work standard weekday hours; flexibility for occasional extended shifts may be required.
• Right-to-work in Australia

They require a Transport Scheduler to join their operations team and help drive efficiency, on-time performance, and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and scheduling daily transport runs - optimising routes, resources, and delivery sequences.
2. Coordinating with drivers, dispatch, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution.
