K&S Corporation, a leading ASX-listed transport and logistics provider, is seeking a Fleet Controller to direct and optimise daily transport operations across road, rail and sea assets. The role focuses on safe, efficient utilisation of fleet and subcontractors, delivering high levels of customer service while meeting safety and compliance targets.

You will coordinate scheduling, manage movements, monitor fatigue and driver plans, and maintain close communication with drivers and customers

The Opportunity

Reporting to the State manager, the Fleet Controller is responsible for directing, coordinating and optimising daily transport operations to ensure the efficient utilisation of fleet and subcontractor assets. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring safety, compliance, productivity and operational targets are achieved.
