Job summary

Challenger Logistics Group in Beresfield NSW is offering a developmental role designed to learn the business from the ground up. You will work with the Operations Team and gain exposure to administration, accounts, safety and fleet, building a foundation for a long-term career in transport and logistics.

No prior experience required—just a desire to learn. You will assist with transport allocation, scheduling and daily fleet operations, communicate with drivers and customers to keep freight

About the role

This is an opportunity to learn the business from the ground up, gain practical experience across multiple departments and build a foundation for a long-term career in logistics. Working alongside a supportive Operations Team, you'll gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day running of a busy transport business. You'll also spend time working with administration, accounts, safety and fleet teams, gaining exposure to how the different parts of the business work together. No previous transport or operations experience required - just an desire to learn.
