Challenger Logistics Group in Beresfield NSW is offering a developmental role designed to learn the business from the ground up. You will work with the Operations Team and gain exposure to administration, accounts, safety and fleet, building a foundation for a long-term career in transport and logistics.

No prior experience required—just a desire to learn. You will assist with transport allocation, scheduling and daily fleet operations, communicate with drivers and customers to keep freight

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence with computers and a willingness to learn new systems.
• An interest in problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine desire to build a career in transport and logistics.
• Hands-on training and mentoring from experienced transport professionals.
• Exposure to multiple departments and real operational responsibilities.
• Monthly one-on-one development sessions with our General Manager.

Responsabilités

• Assist with transport allocation, scheduling and daily fleet operations
• Communicate with drivers, subcontractors and customers to keep freight moving
• Track deliveries, monitor performance and respond to operational changes
• Develop an understanding of transport safety, compliance and Chain of Responsibility
• Maintain accurate records, reporting and operational data
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and everyday processes
