We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transport/Logistics and Client Liaison Professional to join our team in Narangba, QLD. In this crucial role, you will be the central point of contact, orchestrating the logistical aspects of our projects and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Secure all necessary permits, including road transport permits, council permits, and railway crossing permits (if applicable).
Coordinate the movement of goods and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Arrange and manage the scheduling of required resources, such as material deliveries, hire equipment and labour.
Manage transport schedules to maximise efficiency and minimise costs.
Conduct pre-project meetings with clients to establish clear communication and address any concerns.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Manage payment schedules and ensure timely invoicing and payment from clients.
Maintain clear communication with transport crews, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Manage project timelines and ensure on-time completion, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays.
Document and maintain accurate project records, including permits, schedules, and client communications.
Identify and resolve any logistical or client-related issues that may arise.
Minimum 3 years of experience in transport/logistics coordination, client liaison, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage complex logistics and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on client service.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
