Job summary

Adaptalift is one of Australia's largest materials handling hire and sales companies. As our Transport Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating equipment transport across Queensland and New South Wales, ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

Working closely with customers, transport providers and internal teams, you'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while keeping our transport operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Transport Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport operations across our Queensland and New South Wales portfolio.
• Schedule daily equipment deliveries and collections.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate external transport suppliers and obtain transport quotes.
• Prepare transport documentation and purchase orders.
• Monitor transport schedules and provide delivery updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve transport efficiency and customer service.

About The Role

As our Transport Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating equipment transport across our Queensland and New South Wales portfolio, ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely, efficiently and on time. Working closely with customers, transport providers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while keeping our transport operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate transport operations across our Queensland and New South Wales portfolio.
• Schedule daily equipment deliveries and collections.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate external transport suppliers and obtain transport quotes.
• Prepare transport documentation and purchase orders.
• Monitor transport schedules and provide delivery updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve transport efficiency and customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Transport Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong administration skills.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience within transport, logistics or equipment hire industries will be highly regarded.

What's On Offer

• Up to $85,000 + Super, depending on experience.
• 38-hour week, Monday to Friday.
• Rotating roster between 7:00am-3:00pm and 9:00am-5:00pm.
• Work from home up to two days per week after successful completion of probation.
