Job summary

Silk Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Landside Logistics team in Yennora. You will deliver exceptional service to our growing customer base and liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, and offers opportunities to improve efficiency, maintain accurate records, and support safety compliance across our site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a transport operational environment (essential).
• Relevant qualification, licence, or industry certification (desirable).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational system records and documentation.
