Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Enter and manage job bookings in OMS (Operations Management System) with accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with customers, sales staff and project teams.
• Allocate compliant contractors and equipment to scheduled jobs.
• Build strong working relationships with contractors and support ongoing recruitment.
• Set up new COD accounts, verify details and process pre-authorisations.
• Maintain accurate job notes and documentation.
• Identify unsupplied jobs and proactively work towards solutions.
• Support Lantrak's Transport Manager with contractor performance monitoring.
