Job summary

ANC is seeking expressions of interest from motivated Transport Allocators to join our talent pool. This hands-on role supports Delivery Professionals by optimising transport resources, planning routes with transport systems, and ensuring successful deliveries for our customers.

The position requires flexibility with a rotating roster including weekend shifts and a commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the delivery network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in transport or logistics.
• Strong capability to learn and use operational technology platforms and interpret system data.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and schedule deliveries, manage vehicle requirements, and plan routes to maximise resource utilisation.
• Monitor delivery performance using platforms and support real-time decision-making across the network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Resolve issues on delivery day to minimise disruption and protect customer satisfaction.
• Ensure allocations comply with COR principles and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain records of delivery schedules and key metrics.
