New Tech Logistics is seeking a reliable administration clerk to join our Pemulwuy depot. You will support the team with paperwork processing, data entry, and freight admin tasks while delivering great customer service.

Roles include daily and weekly pallet transaction reporting, scanning delivery documents, updating transport management systems, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Hours: Monday to Friday with an early start on Monday (5:00am–1:00pm); Tuesday to Friday

Qualificações

• Experience in transport preferred.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders – both internal and external.
• High attention to detail, with excellent time management skills.
• Be able to prioritise and have a sense of urgency with workload.
• Can work in a team environment but also autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Processing of paperwork in our systems.
• Daily & weekly pallet transaction reporting support with our team.
• Scanning – i.e. delivery documentation, drivers run sheets, diary pages, documents.
• Processing of paperwork as required.
• Checking/auditing of internal documentation i.e. drivers run sheets and/or delivery documentation.
• Updating details in our transport management system and/or our internal applications utilised.
• Daily processing as required in our internal system.
• Adhoc tasks as requested across the administration team.
