Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Team supervision & performance management - oversee administrative staff to ensure performance expectations are met and follow established systems.
• Manifesting, debriefing & pricing - ensure data is captured and charges are raised.
• Roster preparation - allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
• Pallet control - process all transactions accurately and timely.
• Financial reconciliation - manage cash sales, petty cash, and banking prep.
• Customer service & issue resolution - address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
