Job summary

Worldline Service Australia seeks an energetic ITIL-skilled program manager to lead the Transition Program and establish governance and integrated delivery controls for the separation and operating model transition.

The role coordinates all WSA workstreams, manages obligations and dependencies, and ensures data, documentation and transition deliverables are provided securely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Essential: tertiary qualification or equivalent senior professional experience.
• Demonstrated senior program management experience delivering complex enterprise change.

Responsibilities

• Establish WSA transition program structure, governance framework and delivery discipline.
• Develop an integrated program plan covering all WSA-controlled workstreams and dependencies.
• Coordinate governance forums with terms of reference and reporting cadences.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, actions and change requests.
• Produce executive dashboards, status reports and milestone forecasts.
• Maintain traceability between contractual obligations and program activities.
• Oversee data discovery, separation activities and operational readiness.
• Ensure documentation, controls and ownership are in place before handover.
