Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking a Transformation Program Coordinator to drive governance, standards and performance across our global transformation program. You’ll support day-to-day operations and scale initiatives from program operations to analytics and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll own the transformation software platform deployment, reporting routines and dashboards, and help embed transformation principles through onboarding and training, while collaborating with regional teams to unlock value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in transformation, PMO, analytics or similar
• Strong organisational and coordination capability
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Be the operational engine of the program and own transformation software platform deployment
• Track value by turning updates and data into clear reporting and insights
• Support executive governance by preparing materials and tracking actions
• Build adoption across the business through onboarding, training and communications
• Drive continuous improvement of the Transformation Office through reporting and dashboard enhancements
• Help uncover insights to drive problem-solving and opportunity-shaping sessions
• Manage governance, reporting cycles, systems and data for the global program
• Deliver training and onboarding to drive adoption of transformation standards and tools
• Monitor program performance, identify inefficiencies, risks and control gaps
• Consolidate initiative updates, financial data and benefits tracking into clear reports
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of transformation financial data and transactions
• Support month-end activities and analyse key performance drivers
• Coordinate governance forums and track actions for decision-making
• Continuously improve end-to-end processes to enhance effectiveness and scalability

About the role

Join Vinarchy as a Transformation Program Coordinator, and be part of the team driving governance, standards and performance across our global transformation program. This role supports the day-to-day operation and scalability of key transformation initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and value realization. Starting with a focus on program operations and governance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into analytics, insights and stakeholder engagement as the program evolves.

• Be the operational engine of the program - Own our transformation software platform deployment (Amplify-Now), operating cadence and reporting routines that the global program relies on.
• Track value, not just activity - turn initiative updates, financial data and benefits tracking into sharp reporting packs, clear insights and decision-ready views of pipeline health, initiative performance and execution risk against the program's financial and strategic targets
• Support executive-level governance - prepare materials, manage actions and help ensure senior forums focus on the right issues, risks, decisions and value opportunities
• Build adoption across the business - own onboarding, develop and deliver training and communications to embed transformation principles, tools and ways of working
• Drive continuous improvement of the Transformation Office - Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, enhance dashboards and improve processes
• Help unlock new value - with mentorship from the Transformation Director and Senior Manager, build your analytics and value delivery toolkit, supporting the TO and regional teams by uncovering key insights to drive problem-solving and opportunity-shaping sessions and strategic projects that turn business challenges and opportunities into concrete initiatives
• Manage governance, reporting cycles, systems and data that support the global transformation program.
• Deliver training, communications and onboarding to drive adoption of transformation standards and tools.
• Monitor program performance, identifying process inefficiencies, risks and control gaps.
• Consolidate initiative updates, financial data and benefits tracking into clear insights and reports.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years' experience in transformation, PMO, analytics or similar
• Strong organisational and coordination capability
• Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
