Join Vinarchy as a HR Shared Services Coordinator and play a key role in delivering a professional, accurate and timely HR service across the employee lifecycle. From onboarding and employee changes through to payroll support and offboarding, you will help make everyday interactions with HR simple and positive. Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, you will work as part of our global HR Shared Services team and partner with employees, managers, Payroll, HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence. You will maintain employee data in SuccessFactors, resolve HR requests and help identify smarter, more consistent ways of working across our regions. The role is a fixed-term contract based in Sydney or Adelaide, with hybrid working arrangements (minimum 3 days in the office).
