The Product Data Manager leads a team of two Product Data Coordinators and is accountable for the accuracy, governance and timely delivery of product data across the Australia and New Zealand portfolio. The role combines hands‑on subject‑matter expertise with people leadership, owning product setup, vintage transitions, packaging specifications, dry goods approvals, product changes and portfolio rationalisation.
Working closely with Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, Planning, Production, Marketing, Supply Chain and Information Technology, the role establishes clear standards, resolves complex issues and improves the systems and workflows that support compliant, launch‑ready products.
Success in this role is demonstrated through high data accuracy, on‑time product readiness, effective team delivery, timely issue resolution and measurable continuous improvement.
