Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading change projects in complex environments to meet objectives.
• Ability to develop and implement change strategies aligned with program goals.
• Proven capacity to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage change management plans across project lifecycles.
• Conduct change impact assessments with stakeholders and analysts.
• Develop change activities and artefacts including comms and training plans.
• Partner with training teams to ensure needs analyses and delivery align with business needs.
• Execute artefacts: case for change, readiness assessments, transitions, and metrics.
