Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Transformation & Change Lead in Western Australia. The role focuses on shaping and delivering complex transformation and change programs, spanning operating models, design, and strategy, while leading client engagements and building senior-level relationships.

You will contribute to business development, proposal shaping, and cross-disciplinary collaboration across government, infrastructure, transport and resources sectors. Flexible working arrangements may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping and delivering complex transformation and change programs from strategy through to implementation.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and translate challenges into practical solutions.
• Proven track record in business development, opportunity shaping and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver transformation and organisational change programs, including operating model and design.
• Lead client engagements from strategy to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and identify value-adding opportunities.
• Support growth through proposals, client development and work-winning activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across sectors and mentor colleagues.
