Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end consulting engagements or significant transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Experience managing engagement risks and delivery outcomes.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans.
• Commercial awareness and balance of business and technology considerations.
• Experience contributing to proposals and growth activities.
• Track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of consulting engagements with high-quality client outcomes.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as key engagement advisor.
• Translate strategy into clear plans and actionable outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops and decision-making.

• Coach and mentor consultants to build capability and confidence.
