Job summary

Aurecon Group in Perth is seeking an Associate Director/Experienced Transformation and Change Consultant to lead and deliver complex transformation initiatives across government, infrastructure, utilities and resources. You will shape operating models, design change strategies, and drive client delivery with senior stakeholders.

You will build trusted client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and mentor multidisciplinary teams within our WA practice.

Qualifications

Consulting experience across transformation, change management, operating model or organisational design, ideally in a professional services or advisory environment.
Experience shaping and delivering complex transformation and change programs from strategy through to implementation.
An ability to build trusted relationships with clients, understand their business challenges and translate these into practical solutions.
Experience contributing to business development and work winning, including identifying opportunities, shaping solutions and developing proposals.

Responsibilities

Shape and deliver transformation and organisational change programs, including operating model and organisational design, change strategy and implementation.
Lead client engagements from strategy through to delivery, bringing together the right people and expertise to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, understanding their challenges and identifying opportunities where Aurecon can add value.
Contribute to the growth of our Transformation & Change business by identifying opportunities, developing proposals and supporting work winning and client development.
Lead and support multidisciplinary project teams across sectors including government, infrastructure, transport, energy, water and resources.
Coach, mentor and support colleagues, helping build the capability and confidence of our growing WA team.
Work collaboratively across Aurecon’s advisory, engineering and design businesses to bring together different perspectives and capabilities for our clients.
Contribute to the ongoing development of our Transformation & Change offering, bringing ideas and insights that strengthen how we work and the outcomes we deliver.
