Job summary

Aurecon WA is seeking an experienced Transformation & Change Lead to shape local capability and lead complex programs across government, infrastructure, transport, energy, water and resources. You will deliver operating model design, change strategy, stakeholder engagement and client development.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping and delivering complex transformation programs from strategy through to implementation.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and translate challenges into practical solutions.
• Track record contributing to business development and proposals.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver transformation and organisational change programs, including operating model and design.
• Lead client engagements from strategy through delivery, aligning teams to outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders to identify value opportunities.
• Support growth by identifying opportunities, developing proposals and client development.
• Lead and coach multidisciplinary project teams across government, infrastructure, transport, energy, water and resources.
• Coach, mentor and develop colleagues to strengthen WA capability.
• Collaborate across Aurecon’s advisory, engineering and design businesses to integrate perspectives.
