Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Workforce Transformation and Change, based in Perth. You will work with senior client leaders on complex transformation programs, applying change management and workforce expertise to deliver measurable outcomes and lasting impact.

The role offers flexible options and opportunities to broaden exposure across multidisciplinary engagements, while building a trusted advisory profile within EY's People Consulting practice in Boorloo – Perth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption or workforce transformation activities across complex programs.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and written communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with senior client stakeholders and translate complex issues into clear recommendations.
• Experience in the mining or resources industry is highly desirable, particularly across operational transformation, technology-enabled change or workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams across change management and workforce advisory engagements, from diagnosis and planning through to implementation, adoption and benefit realisation.
• Partner with client leaders and project teams to assess change impacts, shape stakeholder and communications strategies, and develop practical workforce solutions for complex transformation programs.
• Contribute to high-quality client deliverables, proposals and practice development while coaching junior team members and building trusted relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
