Superior Wood Pty Ltd, part of the Pentarch Group, is hiring a Training Co-ordinator and Human Resources Administrator to support our Imbil and Melawondi sites. This role blends training coordination with hands-on HR administration, ensuring staff have the training, competencies and support needed to work safely and effectively.

You’ll work with operational leaders to identify training needs, coordinate external providers, and support onboarding, recruitment admin and HR processes while driving

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training, inductions and competency assessments across multiple sites.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate training, inductions and competency assessments across both sites (Imbil and Melawondi).
• Maintain training matrices, records, licenses and compliance.
• Develop and improve training materials, work instructions and competency checklists.
• Identify training needs and gaps with operational leaders.
• Coordinate external training providers and assessments.
• Support onboarding and maintain employment records; assist with recruitment admin and pre-employment checks.
• Provide HR admin support to employees, leaders and HR team; assist with performance and disciplinary processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training, HR, safety and compliance processes.
