Job summary

Ocius Technology is seeking a Training Designer to create essential training materials for current and new team members. You will work with leaders and subject matter experts to build a new learning capability from the ground up, solving real workforce needs.

In this role you will design content across face-to-face, virtual, e-learning and blended formats, facilitating workshops to translate complex information into practical learning materials and solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in learning design and instructional design.
• Ability to translate complex information into engaging content with SMEs.
• Experience designing face-to-face, virtual, e-learning and blended solutions.
• Confident facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Thrives in a startup or high-growth environment and contributes to capability development.
• Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain Baseline security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with SMEs, leaders, and stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine competency and content requirements.
• Partner with leaders, stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs and priorities.
• Design learning across face-to-face, virtual, e-learning and blended formats.
