Job summary

Infoxchange seeks a Training & Learning role to build digital capability across not-for-profit partners. You will design blended modules, develop webinars and self-paced courses, and lead a small volunteer team. Collaboration with marketing and IT will be essential to deliver engaging programs.

Experience with Articulate 360 and Moodle, plus strong organisational skills and passion for social impact, are highly valued. Hybrid work options are available in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Ability to conceptualise, design and develop high quality blended learning artefacts to support digital adoption.
• Design learner-centric digital learning experiences and resources using authoring tools.
• Experience with needs analysis and designing virtual instructor-led training.
• Proven ability to deliver training content in a Learning Management System such as Moodle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a training program calendar.
• Lead development of training content (webinars, self-paced courses).
• Recruit and manage a small volunteer training team.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Communications to promote programs.
• Organise delivery, gather feedback and refine programs.
• Maintain the Learning Management System with IT teams.
